Biokil Crown Alkali-Resistant Silicone Water Repellent is a clear, solvent-based treatment designed to protect masonry surfaces from penetrating damp. Its advanced formulation offers excellent resistance to alkalis, making it particularly effective on new brickwork and fresh pointing, where other repellents may fail. The product penetrates deeply into substrates, providing long-lasting protection while allowing the surface to breathe.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Remove any loose material, dirt, or biological growth.
- Application: Apply using a brush, roller, or low-pressure spray. For best results, apply two coats, allowing the first coat to dry before applying the second.
- Drying Time: Surface dry in approximately 1 hour; fully cured after 24 hours.
- Clean-Up: Clean tools and equipment with white spirit immediately after use.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use on painted or sealed surfaces.
- Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours or if temperatures are below 5°C.
- Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
