Instructions for Use
- Prep: Remove rust/loose coatings to a sound surface; abrade, degrease and dry thoroughly.
- Prime: Use a suitable metal primer (e.g., red oxide/grey) on bare metal; spot-test over existing coatings.
- Shake: Agitate can for 2–3 minutes after the ball rattles.
- Spray: Apply light, even coats from 20–30 cm, allowing brief flash-off between coats.
- Cure: Allow to dry fully before handling or exposing to the weather; apply additional coats as needed.
Limitations & Precautions
- Apply in dry, well-ventilated conditions above 5 °C; avoid high humidity.
- Not a rust converter—remove corrosion and prime appropriately.
- Aerosol is flammable and pressurised; keep away from heat/ignition and follow all safety guidance.
